A clear, natural voice that speaks in full sentences at a normal pace. It uses your greeting and your business details. Try it yourself with Talk to it live, and you'll hear it again, set up for your business, on the demo call.
It's set up to stick to what you've told it about your business. When a question falls outside that, it puts the call through if you've asked it to, or takes the caller's name, number and question, lets them know someone will call back, and sends you the details.
You only need one if you want it to book appointments. Answering, messages, live transfers and summaries work without one. If you do want booking, the goal is to work with the calendar or booking system you already use: tell us what you have and we'll confirm whether it connects before you sign up.
We handle the setup for you. Timing depends on how many types of calls you want covered and whether we're connecting a booking system, so we'll give you a clear timeline on the demo call. Your part is one conversation about your business and how you want calls handled.
Yes. You choose which calls get put through live, to you or someone on your team, and when. If nobody's available, it takes a detailed message and sends you a summary so you can call back.
Callers are told up front that they're speaking with an AI and that the call is recorded. Recordings are deleted automatically after the period you choose (90 days by default), and you can delete any call on request. Each client gets a separate, private setup. Our privacy policy has the details.
Minutes are the time the assistant spends on calls for your business. Each plan includes a monthly amount: about 150 on Starter, 400 on Standard and 1,000 on Pro. If you go over, extra minutes are $0.40/min on Starter and Standard, or $0.35/min on Pro.
Cancellation terms are set out in plain language in the service agreement, and we'll go through them with you on the demo call before you commit to anything.
You decide what counts as an emergency, for example an existing client with a problem that can't wait. Those calls are routed to the person you choose. If nobody answers, it takes the details and sends them to you marked urgent. For anything life-threatening, it can tell callers to hang up and dial 911.
No. It covers the calls your team can't get to: after hours, during the rush, or when everyone's busy with customers. Your staff get fewer interruptions, and you start the morning with a list of what came in.
Yes. You keep your number and forward calls to your Aspenline number: all calls, only after hours, or only when you're busy or don't answer. We give you the exact steps for your phone company. You can also get a new local number instead.
Yes. During your opening hours, calls ring you or your team as usual. After hours, on closed days and on holidays you set, your AI receptionist answers instead.
A short summary by text, WhatsApp or email: who called, why, and what happened. Every call also shows up in your private dashboard with the recording, transcript and any booking.
Not at this time. Prices are in Canadian dollars. If that changes, we'll tell you at least 30 days before it appears on an invoice.
Yes, with businesses across Alberta. Setup and support happen by phone, video and email, so where you're located doesn't matter.
