Privacy policy

Last updated October 12, 2026

Aspenline provides an AI phone receptionist for Alberta businesses. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We follow PIPEDA and Alberta's PIPA.

In short: callers are told they're speaking with an AI and that the call is recorded. We use call information only to serve the business that was called. We never sell personal information. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time.

What we collect

How we use it

To answer calls, book appointments, take messages and put callers through; to send the business call summaries and alerts; to show the business its calls in a private dashboard; and to keep the service secure and working well. We don't use callers' information for our own marketing.

Consent

Every call starts by telling the caller they're speaking with an AI and that the call is recorded. A caller who doesn't want to be recorded can hang up and contact the business another way.

How long we keep it

How we protect it

Each business can see only its own calls. Recordings are stored privately, connections are encrypted, and dashboard access is invite-only. Some of the companies we use to run the service store information in the United States.

Your rights

To see, correct or delete your information, email info@aspenline.ca or call (825) 600-5544. Tell us the number you called from and roughly when, or the email you used. We reply within 30 days.
